Delete my account — PlantMaster Pro

This page explains how to delete your PlantMaster Pro account and the data associated with it, as required by Google Play's data deletion policy. PlantMaster Pro is provided by HSB Fix Services of Karachi, Pakistan.

1. From inside the app

Workspace owners can request deletion of the entire company workspace from Plan & Usage → Request data deletion.

Individual members should ask their workspace owner to deactivate them, which immediately removes their access to the workspace.

2. By email

Send a request from your registered work email to support@hsbfix.org with the subject "Account deletion request", stating your company name. We verify every request with the workspace owner before acting on it.

3. What gets deleted

Your profile: name, email, phone, designation, employee ID and skills.
Your membership of the workspace, and all access to it.
If an entire workspace is deleted: assets, work orders, checklists, attendance, spares, purchase orders, uploaded manuals, scans and condition recordings.

4. What is retained, and for how long

Audit records of safety-relevant actions — for example, who approved a permit to work — are retained in anonymised form for up to 7 years, because industrial safety and statutory record-keeping require it.
Billing records are retained for the period required by Pakistani tax law.

5. Timeline

Deletion requests are actioned within 30 days. Records first move to a recovery bin, so an accidental request can be reversed, and are then permanently removed. You will receive written confirmation once deletion is complete.
